Our Story We owe it all to our coastlands We began oyster farming in 1983 with the goal of raising high quality, sustainable shellfish in a beautiful location Today, we raise all five edible oyster varieties found in the Northern Hemisphere and Manila clams, make hand-finished mineral sea salt, and harvest
